Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If you lose your Card, you can lock it to prevent theft while you look for it. To lock your Card, log in or use the Money Network App.¹

If your Card is lost or stolen, call 1-800-684-7051 (TTY: 1-800-684-7053) immediately. We will work with you to deactivate your Card and send a replacement. Fees may apply (PDF).²
